Assalam-o-Alaikum!

I am pleased to observe that Company’s business progressed satisfactorily during the first quarter period ended March 31, 2006. However, looking at the target figure of Rs. 500 million by 31st December 2006, the achievement at the end of 1st Quarter 2006 leaves us to wish a lot better performance. The balance target of approx. Rs. 445 million also alerts us and emphasizes for the need to organize our recruitment and production plans right away. I would urge all of you to please re-plan your activities accordingly so that the Company’s target is achieved. With the talent we have in our sales force, I am quite optimistic that we will Inshallah achieve our target.

During 1st Quarter 2006, the major events were Convocation of MDRT Qualifiers at Head Office, results of December Hangama 2005 and Dubai Safari 2005 were announced, visit to Dubai by winners of Dubai Safari 2005 contest, winning of MD’s Persistency Cup by Quetta Shaheen Branch, Quetta and qualification of MERT 2007 by Mr. Mehdi of Tariq Road Branch, Karachi etc.

I hope that 2006 will be another successful year for NJI Life. It will be a year of achievements and distinctions for many of our talented and enthusiastic sales force.
