Khursheed Ahmed joined NJI Life in February 1997 as a Development Officer. Through sheer hard and quality work, he got elevations one after the other. He was the Top Unit Manager of the Company in 1998. He was Assistant Branch Manager when he left NJI Life on 6^th March 1999 and joined EFU as Branch Manager. He rejoined NJI Life on 10 November 1999 as Branch Manager. In 2001, he was promoted as Senior Branch Manager. In 2003, he was the top Branch Manager of the Company.

A Commerce Graduate and LLB, Khursheed Ahmed served Habib Bank Limited in the Officer Cadre for 12 years before joining NJI Life in 1997. At HBL, he was mostly involved in Training, improving work flows and computerization of various departments. He also did a Banking Diploma from Institute of Bankers in Pakistan and various management courses from Institute of Business Administration (IBA) and Pakistan Institute of Management (PIMS).

At NJI Life, he enhanced his professional studies. He earned the titles from LOMA, USA of Fellow, Life Management Institute in May 2003, Associate, Customer Service in November 2003 and Associate, Annuity Products and Administration in December 2004. He is now endeavoring to get the title of Fellow, Financial Services Institute.

He is proud father of two sons aged 17 and 13 years. His hobbies include dancing, music listening, reading books especially on management, human psychology and nutrition.

At NJI Life, he likes the Corporate Culture of the Company. He feels that there is enough room for improvement of our turn around time. He suggests that Company should be more client focused. He also suggests for introduction of innovative products for customers

Saqib Hayat Mirza joined NJI Life on March 27, 1999 as Branch Manager. Previously, he was working in EFU where he started his career in Life Insurance Industry on July 24, 1994 as Sales Consultant.

An MSc in Statistics, he is calm and soft spoken. He feels satisfied to have not only gained his position of Branch Manager from where he was demoted in 2002 but also climbed up the stair as Senior Branch Manager. He owes his thanks to every one in his set up especially to Mr. Nasir Ali Khan, Branch Manager, Tariq Road Branch, Karachi, Mr. Faisal Afza, ABM (D), Shaheen Quetta Branch and Mr. Sajjad Loan, ABM, Zargoon Road Branch, Quetta for their worthy contributions towards his promotion as SBM. His setup include two branches from Karachi, i.e. Shaheen Branch and Tariq Road Branch and two branches from Quetta, i.e. Shaheen Quetta Branch and Zarghoon Road Branch, Quetta.

He is a proud father of a 4-year old daughter. His hobbies include driving and watching TV. He likes the supportive management of NJI Life. For other salespersons of the Company, he conveys the message that with clear vision and hard work every thing is possible – hard work always bring good results.
