Fazli Wadood after completing his MBA
(Marketing) joined NJI Life in January 2000 as
Deputy Unit Manager at University Road Branch.
This was his first job. His hard and quality
work brought elevations for him. He got
promoted as Unit Manager in 2002, as Senior
Unit Manager in January 2003, as Assistant
Branch Manager in July 2003 and as Branch
Manager in January 2004. In 2005, his branch
achieved the distinguished title of “Crore
Pati Branch” and he himself was the top third
branch manager of the Company.
He is in the process of
developing sub-offices at Kohat, Bannu and
D.A. Khan.
He is a bachelor and lives with his
parents. He has 5 brothers and 4 sisters. His
hobbies include hiking and cricket.
At NJI Life, he likes the friendly and
family-like working environment. He says that
NJI Life is the only Company which provides so
rapid growth opportunities. He feels that this
fast-growing platform motives the salespeople
